Thank you for submitting your question. There is power being drawn out from one of two parts. You're either experiencing an issue with the control board or the terminal block on the oven. every time you reset the oven by flipping the breaker, it's supplying the unit with fresh power in order to continue working. Please review the image below to view the placement of the parts. The control panel is part number 8302474 priced at $90.15 and the terminal block is part number 4449868 priced at $23.06. You can order these parts from our Sears Parts Direct team. You'd have to move the oven out for any repairs or checks. I recommend scheduling for service to have a technician come out to verify which part needs replacement. You can schedule for service online with out Sears Home Services team. I hope this information helps. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

This is the correct information. The parts breakdown shows the two ovens on separate diagrams even though they are one assembly. If you follow the parts direct web site that I provided you above and enter the model number you will see the diagrams are separate. The diagram I provided you is from the technicians service guide. I thought it was a better image of where the parts were. The control board and the terminal block parts are displayed on the upper oven diagram.

The control board and the terminal block parts are displayed on the upper oven diagram that I've provided. On the Sears Parts Direct web site it will show the control panel separate from the terminal block and I didn't think that would be helpful.
