A:

What a time for your mower to go out. I can't keep up with the growth outside now. While you wait for the expert answer, you may want to check the schematic for the mower. I attached the link below. Hope this helps!

I have attached a photograph of how the wires connect up to the switch. I was unable to find an actual schematic on this though.

Q:

How do I remove the mower blade on a Sears Mulcher mower model no. 900370260?

A:

Removing parts on your Mower can be a pain without any instructions. I took some time to search your model number and it seems to be incorrect. A suggestion I have is to look over model number and attach it below. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem removing the mower blade. I have looked up the model number you have submitted. If the blade is spinning free, try to hold just above the blade whit a gloved hand. According to the list, there should be a fan blade. If you still have problem keeping the shaft stationary I recommend taking it to a local auto repair facility and see if they will remove the nut with an air impact wrench. I think this is the best option because sticking things into the motor to lock it could damage the motor.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired by a Sears technician. Here is a link that will provide the nearest drop-off locations: Sears Home Services .

I hope this is helpful.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for using Manage my life.
