Q:

without using an oiler, how much oil shoud be added to the tool? 875199820 Craftsman Impact wrench

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

The impact clutch lubrication would use about 3 Oz. of 30W oil, but that does not need to be lubricated for the life of the tool, and no maintenance is required.

The air motor gets 10-small squirt of Air tool or Marvel oil through the air hose fitting. Hook up the air line and hit the trigger. Oil will come out the exhaust port.

I hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.

Thank you for the question on the Impact wrench not developing very much torque.

Make sure it is on the highest torque setting on the handle for the air flow.

If adding oil to the wrench does not help and also making sure you have sufficient air supply then I think you will need to rebuild the impact wrench.

I will give you the parts illustration for the wrench so you can order the rotor blades and the cylinder to get it back to full torque again.

You will need to order key number 14, 15, and 16.

Craftsman impact wrench parts list for model 875.199820 .

I hope this information will help.
