Thank you for your request for a manual for your air sander.

The manufacturer did not have the 199760 but they did have the 199761 which has all the same internal parts. There may have been a slight difference on the logo on the outside of the sander.

go to partsdirect where it say model or pats use model number use 19976 as your model number then yuou will go to a diffent page it will come up with mode number or part number don't touch that look right under part lool up and you will see 2 model numbers one will be yours the 875.19976 is no good to look up parts then you can get your manul

I would just replace the valve ball for now. You might take the drive unit apart and check the bearings for wear. It would be good to clean the drive unit up.
