Q:

back right small burner not turning off. 790 41019800

A:

I'm sorry to hear about this failure on your Kenmore range. I understand your concern about this serious failure.

I checked our online documents for that range but I didn't find a recall on that model of range.

The range uses an electronic relay circuit board to control the surface burners (part number 316442112). It is likely that the electronic relay circuit board will need to be replaced to fix that problem.

I recommend that you schedule a service technician to examine the range and replace the electronic relay circuit board if that in fact is the failure that caused the right rear surface burner to heat constantly when turned off.

If you need more help, let us know.

Thanks for choosing Sears PartsDirect.

Q:

Weslo Cadence 845 treadmill: Problem with tread mat. WLTL84543 Weslo Cadence 845 treadmill

A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com. I will be more than happy to assist you. I can understand any frustration you may have experienced with regards to your unit. Let’s see what we can do for you.

You would have to adjust the belt, to get it to stop going off the roller. To do so locate the two adjustment screws located on the back of the walking platform. You should see two Allen wrench screws on both right and left side. While the belt is moving slowly turn each adjustment screw just right till the belt goes straight.

Now with the belt stopping like that I would suggest replacing the walking belt. It’s worn down so much it’s not grabbing onto the rollers.

Hope this information has helped you. If you are not comfortable doing this repair you can click here to schedule a technician or call toll free 1-800-469-4663. Again, thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com.

Hi Danada, can't help with the belt length but the Craftsman replacement belt is listed on a decal under the hood. The drive belt serpentine is on a decal under the left footrest. Set the parking brake to release the tension pulley. Good luck.

Thank you for your question. I have provided you with the instruction for replacing all of the belts on your tractor. The sizes of the belts are as follows.

  1. ) 140218 is 1/2 wide 11/32 thick 84.5 inches long.
  2. ) 144959 is 1/2 wide 11/32 thick 95.25 inches long
  3. ) 139573 is 1/2 wide 11/32 thick 83.63 inches long

If you are going to use after market belts you have make sure to use the correct belt finish. The rubber-coated belts will grip harder than the cloth-coated belts. The ground drive belt should be a cloth-covered belt. If you use a rubber-coated belt, the tractor may pop the front wheels off the ground when you release the brake. To some people this would be fun but it is hard the tractor and the transaxle.

I hope this is helpful.

Thanks, looks like I am using the right belt. And I have routed it correctly. But between the clutching flat idler and the clutch V dler, the belt routes thru a cutout in the chassis. Standing stii I can not tell if t,he belt clears the edges of this channel, looks like it ewould rub. Maybe itWill run in then center of them channel when clutch disengages. And lift link is right there, would like to know whether I route belt towards insider or outside before installing the mower. I have the manual, don't see this
