I am sorry you are having a problem with the treadmill. The problem could be cause by a failed power supply, console, lift motor, or wiring. To diagnose the treadmill you will need to do some live voltage checks. Live voltage checks are dangerous, and possibly deadly. Exercise caution at all times. If you are not comfortable working with live electricity I suggest you call an experienced service technician. If you have a volt ohmmeter and feel confident in checking live voltage, please follow the flow chart in the second image below. After you have diagnosed the treadmill you can order the parts from our parts website: Sears Parts Direct .

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
