Question and Answers

There is a strange noise at the rear of the unit. Could it be the rear roller? Is there a lubrication point?

The bearings on both the front and rear rollers are sealed and can not be lubricated.

The best way to check the bearings is to walk slowly on the walking belt without the motor running. If the noise is coming from the rear roller, you need to replace the rear roller.

You can remove the rear endcap by removing the 2 belt adjusting screws with a 3/16 allen wrench. Count the turns it takes to remove the screws so you can put them back in the same distance. These are the screws used to adjust the centering of the walking belt.
