Question and Answers

Q:

I have a Proform treadmill that the belt keeps going to the right. Do I need a new belt or is there a part broken?

A:

After 12 years, I think the walking belt is probably worn out. You should take the motor hood and the rear end cap off and be sure the adjusting bolts are still installed in the axles.

The cost of the walking belt is around $110.00. I recommend you consider replacing the treadmill instead of spending this much money on an old treadmill.

Q:

I own a treadmill Pro-form 725. It tells me an error code of E21. How do I calibrate the speed?

A:

I am sending you a copy of the error codes in the tech manual for your treadmill. This explains what an E21 error code for your treadmill means and what to test to repair it.

If you have more questions send another email and include the details of what the treadmill does and what you have done to test it.
