Thank you for submitting your question. I understand your concern and I will be happy to assist you. The only parts that need be lubricated on he treadmill is the belt and rollers. The motor needs no lubrication. You can purchase treadmill lubricate from our blue crew at Sears.com. I hope this helps. I know that it can be very frustrating to have issues with your treadmill. On this model, there is only one board in the console that controls the machine. Since you are getting a connection to the incline motor, then the motor should be working. I would suggest that you check the pins on the controller to see if it is sending out a signal.
