Thanks for contacting ManageMyLife.com. I understand how frustrating it is having trouble with your treadmill making a lot of noise. We are here to help. The treadmill will not work without the belly pan. The motor and circuit boards are attached to that pan. Also, the top cover mounts to the belly pan, to protect the motor and other components from dirt and dust. The belly pan flexing and making noise indicates, the pan is loose or broken. If the pan is broken, I recommend replacing it. The part number for the replacement belly pan is 150018. I hope this helps.

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the treadmill. I looked up the model number you submitted. The frame on this model is not a serviceable part. If you are able to take the treadmill apart and have the part welded, I recommend doing that. This is the only way to repair the unit. Once the repair has been made, put the treadmill back together and test the weld. The best way to test the weld, is by bouncing on the waling belt with it turned off. If the weld holds it should be ok to use. I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you for using Manage my life.
