Thank you for your question. I am sorry you are having a problem with the treadmill. If the motor will not turn on, you will need to access the motor control. First unplug the treadmill and remove the motor hood. Then locate the motor control. The second image below explains what each light on the motor control means. I have highlighted the two important lights on the board. If you cannot determine the problem with the lights you will need a meter to determine the problem. If you have a meter the first image has the voltages listed on it. Only do these checks, if you feel comfortable doing so. If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
