You could have a failing motor, motor controller, console, or a worn out walking belt. You might make the treadmill work for awhile by lubricating the walking belt.

I would try lubricating the walking belt and if that doesn't make the treadmill work, replace it.

The part number of the walking belt lubricant is 219168, and the price is $4.00 per tube. It might take 2 tubes to make the belt work.

You can order the lubricant at Parts Direct

Unplug the treadmill from the wall and then remove the motor hood. Check the plugs on the board to make sure they are secure. Then check the harness up to the console to make sure it is secure as well. Most likely something on the harness shook loose in transit, but it's possible the power board had a relay shake and fail.

Thank you for using Manage My Life!
