A:

The front roller and pulley for that treadmill is part number 111437. According to my records, that part does not appear to be available any longer. If you tried to use a different roller and pulley, it won't work. You need that optic disk for the controller to work on that treadmill.

Safety Warning: Remove the safety key from the console and unplug the power cord before beginning any maintenance or repairs to prevent the risk of personal injury.

Please review page 12 of the manual regarding “The walking belt is off-center or slips when walked on. If tightening the rear roller adjustment bolts does not tighten the walking belt sufficiently, then the belt is most likely over stretched and needs to be replaced.  I have included the link below to order the belt. The belt comes with installation instructions.
