I understand your concern with the treadmill vibrating like that. Have you tried increasing the speed on the treadmill when no one is on it? Because if the treadmill doesn't vibrate when your not on it, then it could be a balancing issue or it's not on level flooring. Try setting the treadmill to 5mph and just let it run by itself for 5 minutes. Let me know what happens.

Remove the motor hood and locate the circuit board. There should be some LED's on it. Are any of them lit up? This could be a problem with the controller, the circuit breaker switch, or the console.

Do you have a meter? You will very likely need one to test this out to determine the problem. Also, check for a schematic while you have the motor hood off as you will need that too (if it's available).
