A:

Thank you for your question on cleaning the treadmill.

If your treadmill slips, try to determine if the walking belt that is slipping or could be the motor drive belt that is slipping.

Try to vacuum off what you can first.

If it is the walking belt that is slipping you may want to wash the treadmill deck and rollers with mild soap and water with a damp sponge and a towel to dry the belt and walking board and roller area.

Your model of treadmill does not require lubricating the belt. It has a factory lubricated belt and walking board.

Then you may want to adjust the back belt roller adjustment a little at a time until it stops slipping.

If you are at the end of the adjustments for the walking belt you will need to replace the walking belt.

Please let me know what you find out and we can continue to troubleshoot with that information.
