Q:

Proform 365e will not turn on 831295330 Proform Proform crosswalk 365e

A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect. I will be more than happy to assist you with your Proform crosswalk.

From the information you have provided above, a few things you will want to check here. First, make sure the cord is plugged in. Second, when the clip/key is inserted make sure it’s pushed all the way back. If both check out okay than the next step would be to check the reset/off circuit breaker located on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If the switch is pushed down the circuit has tripped press the switch back up to reset the unit. if this still does not help the issue than you’re more than likely looking at an issue with the control console. if that turns out to be the issue id recommend setting up service at 1-800-4MY-HOME.

I hope you found this information useful. Again thank you

I have attached the calibration procedure for your treadmill. Go through the procedure and do the section for speed and incline (pt 2).

Also do this: Incline the treadmill all the way up. Then stand at the front of the walking area and give yourself a slight shove. You should slide back about 75% of the way; if you do not then you will need to lubricate the walking belt. If that looks to be the case you will need to get lubrication kit number 219170 from HERE .

I will also mention that if it looks to be a lubrication problem with the belt, it's not a bad idea to go ahead and calibrate the machine (pt 2, speed and incline) after you lubricate the belt. The added torque of a "dry" belt will cause excessive amp draw on the controller and calibrating will help get that back to where it should be. Also, it's worth mentioning that a "dry" belt can cause the controller to over-amp and burn out.

Thank you for using Manage My Life!
