The motor controller on your treadmill has some leds that can be used to troubleshoot the treadmill. I am sending an image with instructions for troubleshooting the treadmill.

To access the motor controller, disconnect the power to the treadmill and remove the motor hood. Connect the power and follow the instructions. Be careful when troubleshooting with the power on to not touch any wires.

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the treadmill. I have seen customers disconnect the harness from the console when taking the treadmill apart. Then during the move, the harness works its way down the up right tube. This makes it look like it is not long enough to reconnect so check the manual and find that their should be a wire from the console. I recommend taking the top part of the upright to see if this is what happened. If you find that the harness is indeed missing please let me know. I will have to call the manufacturer to see if the harness is offered without the console.

Thank you for using Manage my life.

Thanks Mark T. Yes, it turned out that the cable was actually stuck on son-mething inside the handle, all I needed to do was take out a couple of screws and I was able to pull the cable out. Treadmill now works fine!! Thanks again. The most obvious is sometimes the least obvious.
