Thanks for your help. I don't know if i should lubricate the belt, i read this in the manual Your treadmill features a walking belt coated with PERFORMANT LUBE, a high-performance lubricant. IMPORTANT: Never apply silicone spray or other substances to the walking belt or the walking platform. Such substances will deteriorate the walking belt and cause excessive wear.

Hello Sergio. You are correct about that direction that is provided in the owner's manual. Not just any lubricant should be applied to that treadmill. The lubricant that I referred to in the above response is specifically listed by the manufacturer for that model of treadmill. It is also on that parts diagram page. Here is a link for that parts page for that treadmill: Proform 350s Cross Trainer Treadmill 831.294231 Parts . The reason that the manual provides that statement is that the manufacturer intends for a technician to apply that lubricant to the board and the belt. If you are comfortable with applying that lubricant yourself then you may be able to fix the jerking problem that you are experiencing with that treadmill yourself. I can't guarantee that the lubricant will fix your problem but it is a proven repair for that situation in most circumstances that involve your symptoms. If you want to have a technician examine the treadmill and fix that problem, you can schedule one through this link: Sears Home Services . I hope that this additional information helps. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.
