Glad to help out. I'm looking at your model number 83129333.0 and from your description I suspect that console has failed or the motor has failed. I have attached the calibration procedure for your model. Remove the motor hood before you start to access the motor controller board. Follow the calibration procedure and see if that clears up the problem. If it does not you may very well have a failing controller board.

I have attached the calibration procedure for your treadmill. If you calibrate it and the problem still exists it may be due to a failing controller.
