Thank you for your question. I will be happy to assist you. I looked up the model number you submitted. I am sorry the hardware bags for the weight machine are no longer available. The good news is the manual has the hardware sizes listed in the manual. The other parts can be ordered individually from the following link. Replacement parts for weight machine model 831159380. I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance.  Thank you for using Manage my life. Mark T.

I can understand how important it is to have the right information for your weight system. I don't know if you enter the wrong number, but the model number that you used for the 9625 system is the exact same one that you used for the 9635 system. If this is not a mistake, then you would use the 9625 manual for the 9635. If it is, then please reply with the 9635 model number. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

You can CLICK HERE to view the manual. There really isn't an easy way to explain how the cables have to be routed and connected. The manual has drawings and explanations that will be able to help you with this though.

Thank you for using Manage My Life!
