From what your describing I suspect the defrost drain is blocked. Everyday when your refrigerator goes through the automatic defrost cycle the water should drain down & out the defrost hose to the drain pan underneath the refrigerator where it evaporates. After disconnecting power to the refrigerator you need to remove the freezer rear panel #332A as instructed in the image provided below. You can use hot water to help with the ice removal & flush out the defrost drain hose. Other possibility; icemaker overfilling. Please see the image provided below for the fan removal to access the freezer rear panel.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

SAFETY NOTICE: Be sure to disconnect power to the appliance before performing any repairs. If you are not comfortable with doing any voltage checks that might be recommended, please contact your local service provider for repairs. Be aware that there could be sharp edges inside the appliance that could cause cuts or other injuries to yourself or others.
