Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern about the water leaking in the freezer. The information you have received is correct. This will be a difficult model to remove the back panel and a technician may be needed. The drawer and side rails will also need to be removed. You can refer to the instructions in the owner's manual to remove the drawer. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will assist you further.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services.

Thank you for your question. The amperage in this model will range from 1 to 5 amps. To determine the watts, multiply the amps times the voltage, which should be 120 and it will give you the wattage. This means that at times during the defrost cycle when the amp draw will be 5 amps, the wattage will be 600 watts. I hope this will help you.

Thank you for your question. I know some parts can be difficult to locate sometimes. Now, the inside rails on this model shows to be part of the frame itself # 3550JL1017A (see picture). I'm also attaching a second picture of the parts image for your model. If you see the part you are looking for, please refer back to this thread with the number of the part. Also include the number of the part you ordered or received to determine if it's the correct part. I hope this will help you.

When I ordered the main shelf part from Sears they made a design change to the guide rail support but didn't mention this in any of their documentation. Scott was kind enough to point out the part that I need but I need the part number. John P.
