I can understand your concern. You have received some good information from James but this is a different type of problem. This type of noise will be caused from the water valve or the water pressure to the unit. Since the water valve has been replaced, the most likely reason will be water pressure to the unit. The required working pressure is between 20 and 120 psi. In this case, sometimes by turning the water supply valve down, it will correct this type of problem.
