Thank you for your question. To access the motor, the back panel will need to be removed. First disconnect power to the unit. Everything in the freezer will need to be removed first. With the freezer clear, you will need to loosen a screw at the upper left and pull the back panel forward. It will be tight but it will pull forward. I'm sending you a picture with instructions to access the motor. I hope this helps you. If you need more assistance, please resubmit your question with additional details.
