Hi there. I was just actually on searspartsdirect and when I spoke with kenmore they were looking at the same thing and we still cant find it. Maybe I will try to upload a picture. The best way I can describe it. at the bottom you have the two drawers for fruit and veggies. on top of that you have a fram and then plastic frames (crispers maybe) and then on top of that frame is the glass piece(s) so you can store juice, pop and such on the glass toppers.

I'm sorry you are having this problem. Unfortunately, the numbers of the parts you have received are not listed. After checking with the source I have a number they recommended # 4890JL1002U. If this is one of the parts you have received, then please respond back and include the part numbers you have received. I will then check back with the source, to have it put into research with them. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

I am assuming the water is forming in the bottom of the freezer and becoming ice.

The drain from the drain pan under the evaporator coil is probably stopped up. When the refrigerator goes through the defrost cycle, the water overflows the evaporator drain pan and runs into the bottom of the freezer.

To repair the problem you need to disconnect power to the refrigerator and remove the food from the freezer. I am sending some images to help remove the evaporator cover.
