Question and Answers

Q:

Refrigerator not cold for Kenmore model 795.73254300 Kenmore model 795.7325430

Q:

What is causing my Kenmore refrigerator to beep 3 times constantly?

A:

This refrigerator should have an alarm for an open door. When you switched the doors, one of them may not have been adjusted correctly to properly push in on the door switch plunger. This could be causing your alarm. Try pushing in on both of the door switches to see if the beeping stops. If it does, then you can likely fix this problem by readjusting the doors to properly push in on these switches to prevent the beeping.

If the beeping is indicating a fault code, you should see this indicated on the display. The images below show the fault code designations on the different types of displays for this model of refrigerator. Look at your display to see if a fault code is indicated.

If no fault code is indicated and the alarm is due to an open door even with the switches pushed in, then you could have a bad door switch or a failed control board.
