Ice Maker tray not dumping ice cubes.

It's nice to have ice at you disposal, and when the ice maker decides to quit, it can be disappointing. While you are waiting for an expert to respond, I have attached a helpful link below that may provide information to assist you with your question.

I know that it can be very frustrating to have issues with your ice maker. Turn the ice maker off using the switch that is on that component. Leave it off for about 1 minute and then turn it back on. This will sometimes reset the ice maker in this type of refrigerator.

You should see a water level adjustment button on the ice maker. If resetting the ice maker using the above method did not help then press and hold that water level adjustment button for 3 deliberate seconds to manually cycle the ice maker. If the ice maker will not cycle then it will need service. If it cycles, try resetting it using the procedure described above by turning it off and then back on. If the ice maker does not continue to cycle after resetting it then there may be an internal issue.

If you can hear the icemaker grinding, it will indicate the motor or gear has failed and the complete icemaker will need to be replaced. If there is no sound, try to manually place this icemaker into a cycle. It will have a small test button under the bottom of the module. Press this button for 3 seconds to start the icemaker. If it won't start, it will indicate the icemaker or the main board has failed. If it does cycle and refills, it will again lead to the icemaker or the temperature in the icemaker compartment is not cold enough (below 12 degrees).
