Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Your Kenmore electric range does not actually have a frame. The unit is made up of many individual components. The side panels supports the oven cavities and all the other associated parts that make up the range. If you haven't seen the oven body broken down in parts, I added and image of it below. I also added an image with the some general teardown procedures.

I strongly suggest calling a service technician with the electrical and mechanical training to repair/replaced the part(s) in question.

If you do attempt to take the range apart, disconnect the power cord from the power source before doing so.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
