Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern about the control board. The replacement EOC was modified by the manufacturer, to include updated software within the control and has been determined it will not communicate correctly with the user interface and power relay board. The kit number you have listed # 5304455004 is the correct kit for this range and does contain all three controls and will be needed to resolve this problem. This kit is available at http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-number/5304455004/0022/628?pathTaken=directMatch&filterPart=&pop=flush&prst=0&shdPart=5304455004&sid=MMLxexpertxmerch . I hope this helps you.

Q:

Why is my Kenmore electric range displaying F15 and F20 error codes?

A:

On something like this the only way to confirm the diagnosis is to get a second opinion. I was able to find the F20 error code listed in the service manual but not the F15. F20 indicates a problem communicating between the main control board & the surface unit control board. This could be either one of the boards or the wiring harness between the two boards. I recommend calling Sears back out for a second opinion.
