I posted the wiring schematics and diagrams for that range in the first 3 images below. The 4th image shows the error codes for the induction cooktop control system. The 5th and 6th images show access information for the components. Your details seem to indicate that you are getting a high temperature alarm on one or more of the induction elements. You may have a bad generator control board or a problem with a temperature sensor. You can measure the resistance through the temperature sensor circuits for the elements using a volt/ohm meter. Make sure that you unplug the range before accessing internal components. The resistance of the temperature sensors on the induction elements should be around 1000 ohms (1K ohms) at room temperature. If you have a bad sensor, then the element will probably need to be replaced. If the sensor resistance is okay, then you may need to replace a generator circuit control board.

This information is based on range model 790.97203010. I cross referenced the part numbers that you provided back to that model. If you have a different model of range or you need more assistance, reply with additional details and the full model number of your Kenmore Elite induction range.

This is a difficult range to diagnose and repair in most situations. If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services .
