Thank You for Submitting your question to ManageMyLife.com

I can understand the frustration when your range shows an error code. I do have good news for you. The F10 is not for the EOC, f10 means runaway temperature and the parts to fix this error is a lot cheaper than the EOC. When you receive a F10 on this model that mean the thermostate/temperature probe is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. I have included a link to our PartsDirect page where you can purchase the part you need to complete your repair. Just click the blue link below to be taken to the page. If you have further questions please feel free to ask. Thanks for using ManageMyLife.com

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Removing and replacing the electronic oven control/clock is a pretty basic procedure. I added a couple of images below with the basic procedure. NOTE: Disconnect the range from the power supply before removing the panel from behind the console. Make a note of where each wire is connected before disconnecting the wires from the old clock/electronic oven control.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

Q:

Why are the surface burner indicator lights not working on my Kenmore range?

A:

The hot surface indicator lights are all controlled by a hot surface sensor. Each burner has its own sensor. I do not think that each burner has a bad sensor. I recommend having the wiring harness checked to the hot surface burner lights & sensors.
