You model range should have displayed a fault code of "F9" if it had detected a problem with the Door Latch Motor Assembly. Is the "Door Lock" light on? Is the oven still too hot?

Most likely it has loose wire or a failed door latch motor or possibly a failed Electronic Range Control board.

The door could have too much friction on the door latch too. Try pushing inwards and keeping slight presser on the door while pressing the Off/Clear button. The door may unlock if there was too much friction.

You can also try starting another self cleaning cycle and then canceling it with the instructions located in your owners manual. Click here

If the door will not unlock I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your oven.
