The most likely problem here will be a defective control board. To determine for sure, a voltage check will need to be made at the control. Voltage checks can be very dangerous and if you don't feel confident in your repair skills or don't have a meter, a technician will be needed.

To make this check, first disconnect power to the range. Now remove the back cover to access the control. Reconnect the power and set the control to bake. Do not disconnect any wires and place the meter leads between the bk and L2 out terminals. The voltage reading should be 220 volts. If there is no voltage or less than 220 volts, the control # 316207511 will need to be replaced. It's available at SearsPartsDirect . I hope this will help you.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
