Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The failure could be the burner switch or the radiant burner. In order to diagnose which component has failed will require a volt/Ohm meter. The quickest and easiest way of diagnosing which one has failed is to remove the cover from behind the console and testing the voltage supply on the burner switch controlling the right rear burner. NOTE: If you do not have experience or feel safe and confident in doing so; I highly suggest calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your range.

If you have experience and feel safe and confident in measuring voltage, turn the right rear burner switch to HIGH and place one meter lead on the terminal marked H1 and the other meter lead on terminal H2 and the meter measures 220-230 volts, replace the radiant burner. If it does not measure 220-230 volts, replace the burner switch. If determine the element has failed I added an image below to reference. The image will show how to access the elements.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
