Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

If the broil element will heat and the bake element is Okay, I suspect a faulty electronic oven control/clock assembly. I added an image of the wiring diagram in a second reply. I traced the bake and broil circuits so that you can see the electrical circuit to the bake and broil elements.

David: I added a wiring diagram below and I traced the bake and broil circuits. The bake and broil elements require 220 volts in order to heat. If the broil element is getting 220 volts, I suspect a faulty electronic oven control/clock assembly if there is not loose or burnt wire connection in the bake circuit. I do not recommend measuring the voltage supply to the bake element unless you have experience and feel safe and confident in doing so; otherwise I suggest calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your range.
