Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The drawer guides are located as shown in the image I added below. The rear drawer glide mounts on the side of the drawer near the back (key#7) and front drawer glide mounts on the face of the oven frame (key#29).

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

A:

Having an appliance just to give out can be quite disappointing especially with the holidays here. While you are waiting on an expert to answer your question, a suggestion I have is to visit Sears Parts Direct website to speak with a Sears associate you can also visit Sears Home Services website to set service with a Sears technician. I have attached the link below. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern. If the radiant burner has failed, it will have to be replaced.

The radiant burner is basically fairly simple to remove and replace, however the failure could be the burner switch instead of the radiant burner. The right front radiant burner is part #316224200 and the price is approximately $125.00 and it can be ordered from Sears Parts Direct .

I added the basic instructions in the image below. If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services . NOTE: Disconnect the range from the power supply before raising the top and replacing the radiant burner.

The F9 on this model of Kenmore range indicates that you have a problem with the oven door lock assembly. This can be caused by a failed oven door lock assembly, a wiring failure or a bad electronic oven control board.

I recommend that you unplug the range and check the wiring between the components first. You can remove the upper back panel of the range to access the electronic oven control board in the console. You may need to remove the lower panel to access the door lock assembly on the back of the range. The image below shows the wiring diagram and other information that should help you check the wiring connections. Check for a mechanical binding of the door lock assembly as well. If the wiring connections are okay, you will likely need to replace the oven door lock assembly (part number 316464300) to fix this problem. Here is a Sears PartsDirect.com link for that part: Motor - Latch .

If you replace the door lock assembly and still have the same problem then the electronic control board (part 316207522 also called CLOCK) will probably need to be replaced.

Be sure that you unplug the range before accessing internal components. NOTE: Internal metal edges (and the sides of the back panel) can be sharp. Protective gloves are recommended.

These tips should help you resolve this problem yourself. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
