Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com and being a valued member. It is unfortunate to hear that you are having issues with your range and I do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. I'm looking at your model number 79094213403 and from your description I would suspect that the electronic controller has failed. I recommend testing the heating element and verify that the elements are not damaged. If the elements test that they are good then you have a defective controller. I recommend having a service technician properly diagnose the problem. Just click the blue link above to be taken to the page. I trust this information will help you.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The "F10" indicates a runaway oven temperature. This could be caused by a stuck bake or broil relay one the electronic oven control board or a faulty oven temperature sensor probe. I would begin diagnosing which component is faulty by removing and disconnecting the oven temperature sensor probe. The oven temperature sensor probe is located inside the oven cavity in the rear upper left or upper right hand corner. It can be removed and disconnected and tested with an Ohm meter. At room temperature the sensor should measure approximately 1100 Ohms of resistance. If it does, the electronic oven control will need to be replaced. I added an image below to reference the meaning of the fault code.

If the range is in fact overheating, disconnect the power cord or flip both circuit breakers off dedicated for the range. Let the range cool and then reapply the power supply and if begins heating without programming and starting the oven; the electronic oven control will need to be replaced.
