Thank you. We finally got it unlocked. However, we had to re-boot the stove panel by unplugging it. After plugging the stove back in, the CLN display came on. Before unplugging, nothing would appear when the CLEAN button was pressed.

The answer Joseph P sent gives you good information on the F3 error code.

The error code is probably caused by the latch mechanism being broken. Some wires might have been damaged when the mechanism came apart.

I recommend you go to http://services.sears.com/shs/category/repair?sid=MMLxexpertxmerch and get a Sears technician to repair the range.
