Good morning.... I hope your meal wasn't ruined. For there to be a 15 degree temp gap is considered normal. You might try re-calibrating your oven. I've located a link that will discuss how to correct your ovens temperature... Review this data and keep in mind that an expert on your model number will be responding back to you within the next day or two. I know that it can be very difficult to have issues your oven. From what you are describing it sounds like the temperature probe in your oven is malfunctioning. This is the part that regulates the baking and broiling temperatures. I would suggest that you test this part before you replace it.
