It can be a real headache when your oven fails and will not heat. I did some research and provided a link to a similar question and answer on our site. I hope this will give you a better idea on the next step to take until the Expert responds to your question in more detail within 24 to 48 hours.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

If the surface elements will continue to operate, I would suspect the electronic oven control/clock assembly has failed. It is possible to have a loose wire connection or a burnt wire connection at the terminal block or in the wire harness preventing the bake and broil elements from heating. The power cord attaches to the terminal block behind the range I would remove the cover and make a visual inspection for any signs of a burnt wire or connection. Also, look for any burnt wires or connections behind the control panel too before ordering and replacing the electronic oven control and overlay.

The oven control/clock assembly can be accessed and replaced from the rear of the range. You will need to remove the panel from behind the control panel. The control is fastened in the 4 corners screws. Along with a new oven control; you will also need to order the clock overlay. The overlay can not be used from the old oven control because once it is peeled off, it will never re-stick to face of the new control. NOTE: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before servicing.

The electronic oven control #316455420 for model 790.91063703 can be ordered from Sears Parts Direct as well as the overlay part #316220712.
