I understand that your oven and broiler are not working. I have taken some time to research your question here on the Manage My Life website and I noticed that someone else had asked a similar question with a posted response from an expert. I attached the link below for you to view. I hope the link that I provided is helpful. Have a nice day.

The resistance of that oven temperature sensor probe should be around 1100 ohms at room temperature. You may want to unplug the range and recheck that resistance. The temperature/resistance chart for that component is shown in the second image. The control board will normally display an error code if that temperature sensor resistance is out of the normal range.

I assume that the stove top burners are working properly. If not, you could have a voltage supply problem. You can check the house circuit breakers for the range in that situation so see if one is tripped.

If the stove top burners work and the sensor resistance is okay, then you could have a wiring failure or a bad electronic clock control board in the console of the range. The first image below shows the wiring diagram for your range with the L2 leg of the oven circuit marked in red and orange (actual wire colors for those connections). I recommend that you unplug the range and access the clock control board in the range as shown in this video: Range Clock Control Replacement . If the orange and red wires are connected to the L2 IN and L2 OUT spades on that board, then you will probably need to replace the clock control board (part 316455420). Be sure that you unplug the range before accessing that board and replacing it as shown in the above video.

This information should help you fix that oven failure in your range. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
