If the oven heats up properly but does not maintain the set temperature, then you could have a problem with the electronic control board in the control panel. That component controls the heating elements in the oven.

 

You could also have an intermittent problem with a sensor or a heating element in the oven. Check the broil function to make sure that it is working properly. A failed broil element could prevent the oven from heating properly in the bake mode.
