A:

The F11 error code indicates a stuck or shorted keypad.

This usually means the electronic oven control will need to be replaced.

You can unplug the range for a few minutes then plug it back in and hope for improvement. You can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

I hope this helps. You can reply with any additional details or questions for further assistance.

Based on your details, if the lock light comes on this would indicate the lock motor and cam is rotating to close the lock on switch and it should begin the cleaning cycle. There is linkage between the door lock motor and the door latch that possibly could have disengaged preventing the door from locking but highly unlikely. You have a very unusual failure which will likely require a service technician to diagnose and repair.

The failure could be the oven control board or the door lock assembly.

I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your range.
