If you see END and TIMER flashing in the display, then you will need to press the KITCHEN TIMER button to end the beeping.

Try pressing STOP/CLEAR if the above tip does not help.

You can also try unplugging the range or shutting off the breaker for 3 minutes. The beeping may stop when you power the range back up.

If the range continues to beep, check the display for an error code. The error codes for this range are shown in the image below. If you are seeing one of these codes and need more help, reply with additional details (and the code being signaled). We will assist you further once we receive more information.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

On something like this you will need to set the control up into a self cleaning cycle. After the self cleaning cycle has run for about 3-4 minutes press stop/clear. This should cause the door lock to retract & reset allowing you to open the oven door. Please see the image in the attachment below for instructions.

Q:

How do you adjust the gas pressure on a stove when converting it from LP back to natural gas?

A:

A technician is normally needed to properly convert a range from one fuel source to another. The technician would need to follow the LP conversion kit instructions in reverse to convert the range back to natural gas from LP gas.

If you did not save the natural gas orifices for the top surface burners, you will need to order new ones. The LP gas orifice must be removed from each burner and replaced with the natural gas orifice. If you need these parts, you can order them from Sears PartsDirect ( www.searspartsdirect.com ).

On some models, the cap on the pressure regulator must be flipped to convert from one source to another (see image). Also, the air shutter on the oven burners must be adjusted to achieve the proper flame height (see image).

I recommend contacting a service technician to complete this conversion. If you intend on completing the conversion yourself, follow the specific instructions in the LP conversion kit for your particular range.
