Check to see if that clock control lock-out feature is enabled. The image below describes that control function. Unlocking the oven controls may fix your problem. Here is a link for the full owner's manual on that range in case you need it: Owner's Manual .

If that control lock feature is not causing your problem, then you could have a failed clock control board on the range if the buttons will not respond. You can try to reset that control board by unplugging the range for 5 minutes. After restoring power, set the clock and see if that control works. If not, then you will probably need to replace that clock control board. The part number for that clock control board is 316418703. You can order that part from the Sears PartsDirect website. Here is a direct link for that part: Clock Timer . Be sure that you unplug the range before accessing internal components and replacing that clock control board. Here is a link for a brief repair video that shows how to replace that component: Range Clock Control Replacement . NOTE: You may need to order the overlay for that control board if you cannot reuse the original one as shown in that repair video.

This information may help you fix this range problem. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
