A:

That conversion back to natural gas should be completed by a qualified installer.

That portion of figure 4 that pertains to your range is shown in the image below. Although it does not tell you how the natural gas orifices are marked, it does provide the BTU ratings of those burners. You should see markings on those natural gas orifices that indicate that size. You may be able to match the size of the orifice up with the burner BTU rating. The smallest orifice size with go to the burner with the smallest BTU rating and so forth.

If you are not able to determine which natural gas orifice goes with which burner, then I recommend that you reply with additional information about the markings on those natural gas orifices. We will try to assist you further once we receive more information.

If you need a qualified installer to complete this conversion, you can contact your local gas supplier. You may also be able to find a pre-screened service provider through the ServiceLive.com website.

A:

The F13 error code indicates an EEPROM failure on the EOC (electronic oven control) Disconnect power for 30 seconds to see if the unit will start working properly. If not you will need to replace the EOC.

Be sure to disconnect power to the appliance before attempting access.

Q:

How to check the Electronic Oven Control board for voltage?

A:

You will need to check to see if the voltage is present to the Electronic Oven Control (EOC) board on the 15 pin connector. The (EOC) should have 120vac when measured with a volt meter across pin 4 and pin 5. Pin 4 will have a Black wire and pin 5 will be a White wire. These two wires provide the voltage to power up the Electronic Oven Control board. If voltage is present, replace the Electronic Oven Control. If there is no voltage, you will need to trace both wires back from the connector to find where the break or loose connection is.

I added the wiring diagram in the image below to use as a guide.
