Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Based on your symptom and details, the 4 mounting ears at each corner of the control where the screws secure the clock/oven control to the panel have broken off. The clock/oven control will need to be replaced. NOTE: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before removing and replacing the clock/oven control.

The clock/oven control is part #316207526 which can be ordered from Sears PartsDirect .
