Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

I do not fully understand the symptom(s) nor do I know understand what you mean by the "outlet popping out the ground wire".

Also, you mentioned the broil does not work at all. The broil burner and the bake burner is the same burner. When the oven is set to bake or broil, the electronic oven control closes a relay which will complete a path of voltage to the glow bar oven igniter. The igniter must glow red hot and it must pull enough current to open the oven gas valve. Also, you said the oven shuts off as soon as you set it to a temperature. If the oven control and clock display goes blank when you program and start the oven, you could be dropping out the voltage supply to the range. I would try another wall outlet on different circuit to see what happen when you turn the oven on.

So that's what I can tell you at this point. If you can provide additional details I will be happy to assist you further.

You will need to replace the 4 orifices for the top burners. The oven orifices will need to be adjusted. Turn the orifices in the oven counter clockwise about 1 turn counter clockwise and adjust the flames on the burners until the blue part of the flame is about 1/2 -3/4 inch long. The cap on the pressure regulator will need to be removed and reinstalled with the "nat" mark on top.

The 2 left side burners use the part number 316237902 orifices. You need 2 of these.

22 628 316237901 1 14.36 79071544601 Orifice,top burner ,12K 22 628 316237903 1 12.92 79071544601 Orifice,top burner ,5K 22 628 316237902 1 13.99 79071544601 Orifice,top burner ,9.5K

If you have questions reply on this thread and I will be glad to help.

If you are not comfortable making the change, go to Home Services and get a Sears technician to convert the range. You can order the parts at Parts Direct

Hey thanks. That is a lot of help. But still have a question. Do i need to buy an orifice for the oven part? And do i have to have certain orifices for each burner? They are not the same? I have 3 on hand. But really didn't want to spend much money, if not needed. But it has been a pain and i should probally just go buy a new stove.

Rachel, the oven orifices do not need to be replaced. They are adjustable for natural gas or butane. I sent you a list of the orifices you need for the top burners. You need to buy one each of 2 part numbers and 2 of the other part number. I think you should consider getting a technician to convert the range or replacing the range. Converting a gas range from butane to natural can be dangerous. A small gas leak from a fitting not tightened properly can be very dangerous.
