I know how important it is to have all the burners working on the Kenmore range.  I have found a link on burners that won't light which may be helpful in figuring out why you are having this problem with the range.  An expert response time with information on your specific model may take two business days.  Thanks for your patience.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

You did not clarify if the electrodes are sparking or not on the right side when any of the 4 burner knobs are rotated to the light position. If the electrodes are sparking like they do on the left side burners and the right side burners to ignite, check the holes on bunrer and make sure there not clogged up.

It would be very unusual for just one side to quit sparking unless it has faulty spark module or two wires are loose or disconnected at the spark module or the electrodes. Whenever anyone burner knob turned to the light position, it closes a switch which completes the voltage supply to the spark module and all 4 electrodes should spark. The spark module has 4 individual wires connected which to each of the electrodes. If the two wires leading to the two right side electrodes are connected at the spark module and at the electrodes, I would have to suspect a faulty spark module. I added an image below of the surface igniter circuits.

The spark module is located at the back of the range behind the panel. To access the spark electrode connections, the top will have to be hinged up. Before the top can be hinged up, all the grates and burner caps must be taken off and then remove the screws securing the sealed burners to the top.

I added an image below showing how to remove the top. NOTE: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before servicing.

If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services.
