Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

If the oven is getting the proper voltage supply of 220 volts, I suspect the electronic oven control board has failed. I suggest locating the two house circuit breakers dedicated for the wall oven and reset both circuit breakers. If the oven continues to not heat, the electronic oven control has likely failed.

Also, open the oven door and visually inspect both oven elements. If one of the two elements happens to short/burn out; it can cause the electronic oven control to fail also. If you find any cracks or blisters on the oven elements, the element should be replaced at the same time the electronic oven control is replaced or it can take the new control out again.

NOTE: Disconnect the power supply from the oven before inspecting the oven elements and before replacing the oven control.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

According to the information from the contractor specification sheet shown below, this oven combo requires a 30 amp circuit breaker with 10 gauge copper wire. Here is a link for the full installation guide on that oven combo: Installation Instructions . Local and national electrical codes apply to the installation of this oven. The KW rating for the oven is shown in the image below.

This information should help you properly wire up the power supply to your oven. The 30 amp circuit that you described in your details should work for this oven. If you need more help, reply with additional details.
